Hello and welcome to the site of the Burgess Hill and District Diabetes Support Group.
About us; We are a group run by volunteers who are or have someone close to them who has diabetes.
We meet up once a month, from February-July and then from September-December.
We are based in Burgess Hill, west Sussex, and our group covers Burgess Hill and all the surrounding area.
Our next meeting is on Wednesday 29th February 8pm. At the Salvation Army hall, Cyprus Road, Burgess Hill (next to the cinema). Please come along! It is Chairaerobics with Vanessa Forbes, exercises you can do in your arm chair!
