Fruit and Nut Bars

Ingredients;

450g stewed Apples

5 table spoons orange juice

225g mixed dried fruit

100g mixed nuts chopped

75g wholemeal self raising flour

25g dessicated coconut

1 tablespoon of oil

Method;

Pre heat oven to 180oc / 350F / gas mark 4.

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Spoon into a greased and lined 20cm square baking tin. Smooth out and press down slightly, then bake for 35-40 minutes, until golden and firm. Cut into 16 pieces and leave to cool in the tin.
