Calendar;

We have booked up speakers for 2010. We do not meet in January, August and instead of having a meeting in December we have a Christmas dinner.

Wednesday 24th February, TERMS by Chris Patch, (From the Olympus Centre)

Wednesday 31st March, Chairobics with Vanessa Forbes, exercises you can do at home in your armchair!

Wednesday 28th April is our AGM followed by cheese and biscuits

Wednesday 26th May is a presentation by P & S Gallagher, entitiled 'Thinking about the future'

Saturday 26th June is our Garden Party at Caroline's house (Open to members only, letters will be sent out near the time)

Wednesday 28th July is a talk on portion sizes with Jane Roche, Dietician from the Princess Royal.

Wednesday 29th September is a visit to Roche diagnostics in the Victoria industrial estate, Burgess Hill, where you can learn about new meters before they come out onto the market.

Wednesday 27th October is a talk by Fenella Bird, podiatrist, entitled 'Looking after your feet'.

Wednesday 24th November is a talk by Professor Bone about the research he is doing on Diabetes.

December will be our Christmas dinner - details will be sent out nearer the time.

This is subject to change, so please check the local press and this website for the latest details. All meetings are held at the Salvation Army Hall Cyprus Road map can be found on the About Us page. The meetings start at 8pm. This is all unless other wise stated in the description.
