Hello and welcome to the site of the Burgess Hill and District Diabetes Support Group.
About us; We are a group run by volunteers who are or have someone close to them who has diabetes.
We meet up once a month, from February-July and then from September-December.
We are based in Burgess Hill, west Sussex, and our group covers Burgess Hill and all the surrounding area.
Our next meeting is on Wednesday 30th November 8pm. At the Salvation Army hall, Cyprus Road, Burgess Hill (next to the cinema). Please come along! It is an open forum with 2 GP's, with any questions answered, so please bring questions along!
